This is a repetitive "threes" practice with the goal of enhancing the rhythm of threes in your life today - off the mat. There is a trinity pattern in many auspicious practices, and in yoga we see it too: three "Oms", the three gunas, the three doshas. When we plug the "threes" into a physical practice, the rhythm gives us three chances to experience homeostasis, grounding, and the internal rhythms. All of your systems know this rhythm well. (Nervous, circulatory, endocrine systems).
