The "vayus" is an old, Vedic teaching based on the idea of Prana "energy" moving through your body like "the gods of the wind." We work with the varying directional flows of breath and energy in the mind-body. Prana and the vayus describe the "winds of change." Wind disrupts and in breathwork, we do this with intention.
