    This is one of my favorite low back and hamstrings restorative practice. We do four poses into the hamstrings and low back in a deep, restorative way.

  July 31: Fave Hip & Spine Yin Sequenc...Today is a quick 30 minute restorative practice of pigeon prep, one legged forward fold, a twist, a mid-glute release and gomukhasana - then we change sides.
