We begin with a 5 min warm-up, followed by a moderate paced flow with the tone of "detoxing" the body. We do a little bit of core work. This is a great practice if you're like me during the filming of this: fresh off of being sick, out of shape due to the holidays and needing a gentle ass kick - just enough - but not too much!

This is a chilled out spinal flush sequence that is easy-going and brief in time. Lateral flexion, twists and forward fold with diaphragmatic breath.
