I recommend you do this with this practice with your eyes closed (the irony is that you're watching this on a digital device). This is to help counter TMJ, teeth grinding, trapezius tension, headaches, eye strain and tension from laptop life. We increase blood flow and circulation into these hotspots for tension and stress.
