    This is an advanced breathwork practice not suitable for beginners or those requiring a gentler practice. I recommend you are stable in regular breathwork (go to beginner's tutorial) get stable in all types of breathwork first for a minimum of six months before doing advanced.
This is a long set of breath of fire, followed by cyclical pelvic breathing with pelvic locks and ending with WimHof breath with long holds.
