This is an advanced breath practice not suitable for raw beginners. We isolate all parts of your spine to invigorate it, increase blood flow and helps to purify your "channel" for creativity and staying receptive to the flow of life. We begin with one long set of ego eradicator with breath of fire followed by moving the scapulothoracic, thoracic, lumbar and cervical spine with bellows and concentrated movement. We then end with Wim Hof breath.
