We do a breath practice for times when you're feeling fearful, anxious and riddled with anxiety (i.e about global events and uncertainty) and you feel like you're making life choices from your "fear body." This is for you! When we return back to our body's inner resources, we remember that we behold deep strength inside of us, that there is nothing to be afraid of (existentially speaking) and we have more control than of our lives than we are giving credit. The hope is that you leave feeling empowered with an increased "locus of control" to do good again in our world that needs you!
