Our analyzing brain is the worst place to drop into when we are craving love, resolve, a solution that requires faith and time. When we are in high-beta brainwaves, overthinking, it looks like messy scribbles on a piece of paper. When we are overly-analytical, judgemental, fearful, critical - this happens. If we live too long in this brainwave we go "offline" and as a result, this creates disarray with all other parts of our body. We get sick and depressed when we live too long in this state of mind.
Breath-work and meditation helps us get into a state of mind and heart coherence.
