    This is breath-only that consists of simply three sets (longer sets) of "shining skull" breath. When KP breath is done longer than normal it has a tendency to disrupt thought-patterns. Sometimes agitation arises to the surface- however, this may be beneficial to you - it's cleansing. This ends with a harmonizing alternate-nostril breath set as well.
