The shoulder complex and chest holds physical and energetic tension. Modern bodies have had to adapt to laziness: chairs, cars and activities that involve continuous forward flexion. As a result over the years, our shoulders slope forward (sitting, laptop life) our spine gets weaker, and the neck and jaw hold patterns that requiring undoing.
This flow integrates heat in the whole body with a focus on shoulder specific movements: scapular retraction, protraction, shoulder flexion and extension.
