This is a top down approach getting into facial, jaw, neck, ear tension. Upper back traps, rhomboids, then into the hips, hamstrings and gluteals. It's a straight up quiet practice. Not a lot of talking. Quiet, pillows, dimmed lights, calm music and a turned-off phone is all greatly encouraged.
