These are for the men who I taught at a recent men's-only retreat. (Anyone can do these!) These are curated short classes for men.

Nov 12: Get High Hamstrings (30 min)
This is an intense restorative focus on a long, deep held series of hamstring stretches - where you get an lovely release of tension / rush when you come out of it! If you have a herniated disc - this is NOT for you.

Nov 12: Advanced Dopamine-Hit Breath (30 min)
This is an advanced practice where the screen is eventually an image (and not me!) so to increase interoception and your journey inward. You need to know these breath types before engaging in this one!

Nov 6: Traditional Pranayama (30 min)
This is a traditional set of breathwork practices taught to me by my original teacher, Tiwari Ji. I speak briefly to the doshas, the elements that are off in your body and breathwork

Audible for nurturing sleep, tension & deep rest (29 min)
This is a part of the men's retreat series, however, anyone can do this practice. The screen is darkened and this is a tension-release practice that may help you drop into sleep. We do a squeeze and relax practice with breath. This is a mindfulness practice as well.

For the Men #4: 4-7-8 Breath for Tension, Calm & Downregulating
This is 4-7-8 breath - a part of the men's retreat in Kaslo. It works with heart rate variability by doubling up the exhale, and calming anxiety before bed, a big day, a meeting... it takes a few minutes to kick in. Be patient!

Men's Retreat Class #3: Dopamine Three-Part Breath (18 min)
This is class three - a lying down practice that we did at our men's retreat - but compressed if you're short on time. We work with the physiological sigh in a short but intense practice today.
