This is not suitable for beginners and for those who have been practicing with breathwork consistently for 6+ months. We work today with the temporary discomfort of the "Sat Nam" to be in Truth Mantra + Kundalini (intense) Kriya x several sets of kaphalabhati (breath of fire) for several minutes. This one is clarifying, like a work-out you sometimes don't want to do - a bit bothersome at times - but the result is a lovely afterglow and emotional release of stress.
