This begins with a 7 min lesson on some neuroscience of Grief & Loss + gentle breathing for low energy days. If you are grieving a loss of something, it's normal to feel exhausted and have zero energy. You can do this practice lying down, upright in your bed. You do you. This is a very gentle practice. a) Simple five count "coherent" breathing b) 4-7-8 breathing and ending in c) Nadi Shodana. We end with one long set of "bellows"
