Mar 17: For "Analysis Paralysis" & Indecision (30 min)
BREATHWORK for MOOD, ENERGY & FEELING BETTER (30 min)
•
30m
This breathwork practice begins with a brief explanation of the impact of hormones on decision-making (for better or worse). We "get weird to get normal" to move indecisiveness and stress hormones that impede good decision making. We use the Kriya for Clarity + pumping the belly, twists and intention to move indecision or fear of risk taking. It is a moderately intense breath practice with a ton of kaphalabhati breath and arm movements.
