This is not suitable for beginners - we do up-regulating, dopamine-enhancing breathwork. Class includes a 5 min intro on dopamine & "sense withdrawal"
followed by shaking the body with 3-part breath, ego eradicator (long form), "Sufi grinding" and variations of 3-part and Wim Hof with spinal movements.
