Mar 10: Frontal Lobe Breath: Distraction & "Sensory Gating" (36 min)
I describe "pratyahara" sensory withdrawal, distraction, "sensory gating" and why this matters. This a moderate up+down-regulating practice helpful for distraction, processing & brain noise.
