  • Dec 2: Somatic Release & Shoulder Rx (60 min)

    This is a fusion practice that integrates somatic release to induce shoulder relaxation along with a shoulder opening yoga flow.

  • Dec 1: Hip Rx Flow + Restore (55 min)

    This is a mix of restorative hips, breath and a flow sequence that targets the hips. It is moderate intensity.

  • Dec 1: Spine & Mood Flush Breath (33 min)

    This is an excellent breath practice that moves the spine with bellows breath (or deep breathing) in all of the anatomical planes - and is helpful for spinal tension (long periods of sitting), shifting a bad mood and/or move stale energy in a short period of time.

  • Nov 28: Advanced Breathwork (33 min)

    This is not suitable for beginners. This is an advanced breathwork practice including breath of fire and Tummo Breath.

  • Nov 27: Spinal Rx Flow (+ Boredom vs Mindfulness, 60 min)

    This is practice that moves the full body but mostly the spine and all of its movements. I briefly address. why our body's eventually get "bored" vs novelty - why this practice is so crucial for prevention of depression, a stubborn mind, mood and nervous system medicine.

  • Nov 26: Disrupting Chaos (Advanced breathwork) 30 min

    We use ego eradicator, the physiological sigh and Wim Hof breath in this advanced breathwork practice. This is not suitable for beginners.

  • Nov 25: Immunity Flush (30 min)

    This is a Kundalini breath practice that focuses on the lymphatic system, your bodyguard for your immunity. Through vigorous breath, movements of the arms and legs - your lymphatic load is also encouraged to move.

  • Nov 25, 2025: Full Body & Shoulders Rx (58 min)

    This is a full body flow + shoulders focus. This is an intermediate flow practice and helpful for releasing stress and tension in the shoulder girdle.

  • Nov 21: Advanced Surya Kriya Cleansing Breath (37 min)

    This is an advanced breathwork practice not suitable for beginners. We do an advanced version of a staple breath practice to the studio. It helps with mood, low-dull energy, the end of a cold or flu. Or if you need to do a presentation or enter a room with light in you!

  • Nov 21: Rx for Ribs, Scapula & Neck Tension (22 min)

    This is a shortened restorative for the scapulothoracic region, trapezius, rhomboids and sub occipital tension that can lead to headaches, migraines, mood disturbances and tension.

  • Nov 20: Body Scan (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) 29 min

    This is a form of MBSR - mindfulness based stress reduction. It is a great practice if you're exhausted, feeling heavy, have excess adrenaline - this is a good practice for you. It is supine, the screen will be darkened, eyes closed and a practice of breath awareness.

  • Nov 19: Yin with 4-7-8 Breath (29 min)

    Today's practice integrates hips, hamstrings and a spinal twist with an optional breath type that is helpful for rejuvenating and down-regulating your system: 4-7-8 breath

  • Nov 19: Advanced Breath + Inquiry (33 min)

    This is not suitable for beginners. "Rituals stabilize life by structuring time." This practice also includes a darkening/image screen share so to decrease screen noise - and can be done as audible-only practice.

  • Nov 18: Breath Therapy for the Shoulders & Spine (33 min)

    This is a breathwork practice integrating either deep breathing or bellows breath to spinal and scapula movement.

  • Nov 18: Quick Hip Therapy (20 min)

    If you're short on time, this is a quick hips restorative into hip extensors, flexors, adductors, abductors and rotators.

  • Nov 14: Reducing Negative Mind-Chatter: Breathwork (33 min)

    This practice is not suitable for raw beginners. Today's practice is done mostly lying down and the screen is intentionally dimmed with an image so to reduce screen-noise.   • Nov 14: Friday Express Flow (35min)

    This is a classic intermediate vinyasa practice that is condensed if you're short on time. We do a few handstand hops, standing one legged balancing poses - and build heat/sweat in a quick, efficient practice. (Please note, the sound may be a little quieter today due to a temporary mic issue).

  • Nov 13: Mixed: 4-7-8, Breath of Fire, 6:4 Breath & WimHof (31 min)

    Today we begin with down-regulation and then drop into up-regulating breath
    (Breath of fire, 6:4 and ultimately Wim Hof).

  • Nov 13: Spine Cleanse (67 min)

    This practice is designed to enhance awakening, strengthen, stretching and releasing tension from the spine.

  • Nov 12: Get High Hamstrings (30 min)

    This is an intense restorative focus on a long, deep held series of hamstring stretches - where you get an lovely release of tension / rush when you come out of it! If you have a herniated disc - this is NOT for you.

  • Nov 12: Advanced Dopamine-Hit Breath (30 min)

    This is an advanced practice where the screen is eventually an image (and not me!) so to increase interoception and your journey inward. You need to know these breath types before engaging in this one!

  • Nov 11: Awakening Kriya for Shoulders & Lungs (31 min)

    I speak to temporary discomfort in breathwork and its purpose. This is an excellent breath set for those who hold tension and stress in the shoulders and lungs.

  • Nov 11: Tension Rx & Shoulder Opening Flow (50 min)

    Today we do one of my favorite practices for opening up and releasing energetic and physical tension in the shoulders. It is excellent for stress and for those of you with muscular tension in this area.

    I speak briefly to the physiology and psychology of fear-based thinking can eclipse or arrest our ability to be present to gifts and gateways. Disarming ego, jealousy, am I relevant? or fear of missing out. We do a Kundalini Kriya for "elevation"
