BREATHWORK ONLY CLASSES (30 min)
These practices are mostly intermediate range breath work practices designed from the practice of pranayama (in yoga prana = energy / ayama = to extend or stop the breath. They range from vigorous Kundalini practices to calmer Iyengar breath practices. Breath-work is an effective tool to expediting the end goal of most practices: a change in mood, a lift in spirits and a feeling of expansiveness. Please be mindful so to not push yourself or force anything that doesn't feel good. Beginners, pregnant students, injuries etc. please be cautious and search for the beginners classes and speak with your doctor first.

Breath Practice for Clarity & Cleansing (30 min)
This will be a blended breath practice of the Kriya for Clarity + twists and breath.

Kriya for Disease Resistance (30 min)
This is a busy kriya - breathwork and movement designed to build immunity.

Relaxing Heart Tension Breath Set (30 min)
This practice is great if you're going through heart ache, disappointment, sense of failure or lacking self love.

Layering Breath: Shoulder Tension (30 min)
Shoulder shrugs, bellows breath, shoulder openers, KP breath, twists, and anti-anxiety breath set.

Anchoring Breath Set - Lum (30 min)
We work with ujjayi, kaphalabhati "LUM" as an optional mantra with the breath, Bhrama mudra (all seeing wisdom) and final quick belows breath.

The Awakening Kriya (Advanced 30 min)
This is an advanced breath set/ kriya with 13 parts to it, a ton of fire breath and bhastrika, as well as spinal movement. It is a highly charged breath practice.

Kriya for the Lymphatic Immune System (30 min)
This is a bit of an advanced kriya for the lymphatic system - is designed to open the channels of the thoracic ducts, cervical, axillary and inguinal lymph nodes.
