  • July 23: Somatic Restorative Release

    Today is perfect if you're tired or short on time or stressed. We breathe, stretch, tap, shake and release tension from the body in a non-traditional practice implementing "somatic release" work.

  • July 23: Release Uneasiness Breathwork (30 min)

    This is excellent if you feel on edge, uneasy and feeling overwhelmed. We use the physiological sigh, box breathing and end with Wim Hof breath.

  • July 21: Fun, Sweaty Flow (60 min)

    Today has 7 min of warm up followed by a fun, sweaty flow into hip flossing, ab and upper body endurance, bouts of breathwork and lions breath, hip works, spinal strength and backbends. It is intermediate in nature.

  • July 21: Faith & Trust in the Process: Breathwork (32 min)

    This is surya kriya with a six min intro on research into longevity, faith & trust in the process of life. I weave this theme into the embodiment of breathwork and a bit of spinal movement. This is an intermediate breath practice.

  • July 18: Quick Hit Flow (32 min)

    This is a a quick flow practice if you're short on time. 4 min warm-up, intermediate flow sequence challenging thigh and upper body strength. We end with a headstand or inversion variation.

  • July 17: Breath & Hip Work (30 min)

    We drop right into the physiological sigh and do breathwork with focus on the hips (and a bit into the spine as well). I also explain why the thoracic spine and ribs are so important to move with breathwork. We do breath of fire and a bit of bellows as well.

    This is a warming, detox flow that integrates vinyasa flow with your viscera (organs) integrating "uddiyana bandha" which massages the sheaths of fascia around your organs.   • July 16: Neck, Jaw & Eyes Refresh (16 min)

    This is a top down approach moving breath and simple (and weird) movements of the neck, jaw, eyes and shoulders. This is an excellent practice if you have brain-drain, exhausted by screens or are depleted of energy.

  • July 15: Clear Psychological & Fascial Pain (32 min)

    This is an advanced breathwork practice. The first five minutes is a brief lesson on the definition "pain" from both the neuroscience as well semantics perspectives. The invitation is to invite any psychological pain you are experiencing into this advanced breathwork session.

  • July 14: Summer Vinyasa Flow/Full Spectrum (62 min)

    This is an intermediate, full spectrum practice with 7 min of warm up and a flow that moderately builds sweat and fluidity in the body.

    This is a to-the-point fun, flow, sweaty satisfying practice with minimal over-cueing. Expect breath, repetition, sweat, spinal opening, hip flossing, core work, upper body strength and back bends. Breath of fire is a part of today's practice as well.

  • July 10: Gradual Sweaty Flow (62 min)

    This is a gradually sweat-inducing vinyasa flow practice using breath and repetition to build strength and reduce stress.

  • July 9: Advanced Elevation Breathwork (32 min)

    Today's practice is with the assumption that you have been practicing regular breathwork for a minimum of six months. There is minimal cueing and not suitable for raw beginners. This Kriya includes a bit of a stretch.

  • July 9: Laptop Flush: Jaw, Eyed & Sub-occipital Release (20 min)

    This is a short practice that integrates neck-up releases for the eyes, jaw, tongue and sub-cranial tension. The theme is to flush out laptop / digital fatigue, stress, headaches and strain. We also do two breath techniques: lions & jivha bandha.

  • July 8: Chill Hips & Shoulders Rx (23 min)

    This is great for post-gym, bike/run, long work week. It's quick, restorative yet satisfying! Expect gentle spinal movement, glute, low back and hip opening.
