The teaching of our inner battle field & rising from "despair" or depression with a mixed practice. This is a classic discourse from yogic literature - this is a choose your own adventure practice of both up and down-regulation.

Mar 11: Advanced Breath: Dopamine & Pratyahara (33 min)
This is not suitable for beginners - we do up-regulating, dopamine-enhancing breathwork. Class includes a 5 min intro on dopamine & "sense withdrawal"

Mar 10: Frontal Lobe Breath: Distraction & "Sensory Gating" (36 min)
I describe "pratyahara" sensory withdrawal, distraction, "sensory gating" and why this matters. This a moderate up+down-regulating practice helpful for distraction, processing & brain noise.
