Sept 9: Wim Hof Breath & Transcendence (30 min)
This is a spicy practice that uses a faster-paced Wim Hof breath to induce adrenaline, dopamine and a mood shift. The invitation is to allow the "S" Self to take over the small "s" Self. We end with a 4 min meditation.

Today is an advanced invitation of the contemplation "what would you like to live into more?" and the contemplation of life and death. This is an advanced breathwork practice that integrates Wim Hof & the physiological sigh in intense waves with longer holds.

Sept 3: Restorative + Breath Practice (33 min)
This is a chilled out restorative practice where we get into your inner groins, hamstrings, spine and hips. I encourage a 4-8 or 5-10 count breath that helps turn on the parasympathetic nervous system.

Aug 25: Breath of Fire + Down-Regulating & Calming Breathwork (31 min)
This is a mostly calming, down-regulating practice - interspersed with breath of fire x 3 (kaphalabhati breath). It is mostly a calming, stabilizing breath work practice. We use 4-7-8 breath.

Aug 25: Slow Hip Flow Therapy (55 min)
This is a slower moving practice into the hips. It is not sweaty or a work-out kind of practice - but slow and mindful into shapes that open the hips and hamstrings in many directions.

Aug 22: Advanced Mixed Breathwork (30 min)
This is an advanced breath practice only suitable for those having a strong six months of breath practice (recommended) or those with strong constitutions. We do longer holds, repetitions and more activating breath types that awaken the body and mind.

Aug 22: Somatic Cortisol Flush (34 min)
We begin with shaking the body, heel thumps, trampoline jumps, squats, a few sun salutations and yoga shapes, the physiological sigh, squat jumps/squats, arm reps. Through somatic movement and sweat the body releases small amounts of excess cortisol - great for stress and mental tension.
