BREATHWORK ONLY CLASSES (30 min)
These practices are mostly intermediate range breath work practices designed from the practice of pranayama (in yoga prana = energy / ayama = to extend or stop the breath. They range from vigorous Kundalini practices to calmer Iyengar breath practices. Breath-work is an effective tool to expediting the end goal of most practices: a change in mood, a lift in spirits and a feeling of expansiveness. Please be mindful so to not push yourself or force anything that doesn't feel good. Beginners, pregnant students, injuries etc. please be cautious and search for the beginners classes and speak with your doctor first.

Breathwork for Jaw, Neck and Brain Tension (30 min)
Today we begin with breath of fire + four preparatory practices that are excellent for neck, jaw tension and headiness.

Kriya for Metabolism & Relaxation (30 min)
This is a medium intensity breath set that uniquely uses brief breath holds, alternate nostrils with breath of fire and we end with 4-7-8 breath.

This is breathwork into the guts - some hormone cueing + information on heart rate variabiity.

This is a breath set that also integrates a good stretch into the body, taking the spine in all of its directions. It is uplifting and activating.

Release Fear Breathwork (40 min)
This is a great breath practice if you're looking to relax and release fearful thinking. It is active, activating, high energy and empowering.

This is a simple practice of 3 x shining skull breath, nadi shodana (alternate nostril breathing) and ends with sitali (cooling breath)
