  • Apr 3: Moderate Breath Practice for Tension (30 min)

    This is a mixed breath practice with "breath of fire", "uddiyana bandha", lions breath, jivha bandha (both for facial and cranial nerves) and "brahma mudra" which is a slow, powerful diaphragmatic breath. It's not too intense but excellent for headaches, tension and de-stressing.

  • April 1: Surya Kriya (Old Faithful) for Mood & Releasing Tension (32 min)

    This is a staple breathwork practice to the digital studio. It is excellent for moodiness, anxiety and invoking sunshine energy (surya). It is an intermediate practice filled with below breath and breath of fire. One of my favorites!

  • March 5: Advanced Breath Wim Hof with Spinal Movement

    This is not suitable for beginners. Please have at least six month of breathwork under your belt! This is an up regulating practice to disperse distress, tension and stress using variations of Wim Hof style breathwork.

  • Nov 14: Do-Anywhere Neck De-stressor (17 min)

    This can be done at your desk, in your car, on an airplane whenever you need a refresh with limited time and space. It will soothe any irritation or stress you are experiencing.

  • Sudarshan Kriya (30 min) Breathwork

    This is a breath set that is extremely helpful and has been in research for PTSD, stress, anxiety and big life movements.

    This a restorative class to release the neck, jaw, throat and thyroid gland. We use a breathing technique as well called "honey bee" breath. You will hopefully feel a sense of deep restoration and stress release from the neck, jaw, eyes and shoulders.

    I speak to a study that reframes stress based on belief. And then we drop into a somatic practice with vigorous kp breath, spinal movement and optional visualization.
