Quads & Hips for Athletes (40 min)
This is a helpful practice if you have tight hips and quads! Great for runners/biking/hiking etc.

Hip Medicine Flow (Moderate) 40 min
This sequence includes: dancing warrior flow (low lunge, high lunge, W2, Goddess, side angle, bound angle, etc. #4 sign twist, pigeons + breath.

Warrior One, Lunges + Hip Hit (40 min)
Today's class includes: lunges, warriors, standing splits, hanuman pose (grounded splits) inner groins, pigeon variations... enjoy.

Intermediate/Advanced Hip Sequence + Bird of Paradise (60 min)
This sequence crescendos with a strong hip sequence: bound warriors, head behind ankle - bird of paradise.

Happy Spine = Happy Life (60 min)
Supple spine = long life. This is a progressive back-bending sequence. Expect deep quad stretches, pigeon variations, three camel variations...enjoy!

Warrior Flow + Hamstrings Focus (50 min)
The first 40 minutes or so is active Warrior sequence into the legs and hips. There is a focus nearing the end on seated hamstrings as well as a shoulderstand sequence and twists.

"Dancing" Warrior Sequence + Hip Openers + Spine Pulsing (60 min)
Dancing Warrior Flow (Shiva Rae) Lung/W1/W2/Goddess/Parsva/One legged chatarunga + longer hip holds. quad stretch series, hip openers, hamstrings. Yummy practice.

Juicy Hips (60 min)
A hip-centered practice, intermediate: one legged balancing poses, deep quads, hanuman pose (splits). Enjoy.

BACKBENDS + HIPS + SPINE STRENGTH (Nov 30)
This is an intermediate sequence. Expect lunging sun salutations, psoas and hip releases, warriors, dancer x 2, half-frog (thighs + backbend) spine strengthening series, pigeon + variations, bow, camel x 2, bridge/wheel x 2

April 26: Honey in the Hips
A hip practice beginning with three longer holds into "firelog" pose, a long forward fold into the hamstrings. Breathe into your hips into some of my favourite poses that hit all of the sweet spots.
