A brief intro on the lymphatic system. We begin with core work, a bit of surya flow, and a range of standing poses, with dynamic breath and a shoulderstand sequence.

Warrior Flow + Hamstrings Focus (50 min)
The first 40 minutes or so is active Warrior sequence into the legs and hips. There is a focus nearing the end on seated hamstrings as well as a shoulderstand sequence and twists.

Exquisite Core Flow (not just brutal crunches!) 60 min
This won't be brutal sit-ups for 60 mins. It is purging, releasing, satisfying, functional core work - not just crunches. Full body movements. Tons of breath, dynamic releasing. Excellent to mobilize otherwise intense energy into movement.
