This practice integrates the wind element with flowy, unusual sequencing. It is sweaty, challenging and at parts, gets the heart pumping.

This is an intermediate class with a detox focus: 5 Surya Bs faster moving, core work into obliques & rectus abdominus, dynamic kaphalabhati breath, longer holds, twists, boat pose (navasana) sequence, bhastrika breath, optional arm balance, saddle, and backbends. Enjoy!

Power Old School + Inversions + Full Spectrum + Breathwork (Nov22)
This is an intermediate (advanced for some) practice. Expect a warming flow including hops/handstanding options, warrior sequence, full spectrum practice, backbends, planks, breathwork and shoulderstand/plow sequence. Enjoy.

Detox Breath + Core + Arm Balancing (Nov 8)
Working with the essence of positivity as a practice (previous pranayama practice works well with this one, Nov 8). Expect a warm flow, lots of breath, core work, crow and twisted crow.

This is a dynamic practice filled with twists, turns, sweat and catharsis. Best if you know your basic asana movements. Not good for raw beginners.
