A flowy, breath-led practice for the full body. Expect less holding, more postures and repetitive movements to encourage full body circulation. Big reaching movements. We end with some deeper hip holds and back bends.

A four-min anatomy lesson + juicy, sweaty, cleansing practice.

Strong Start, Dynamic Movement, Sweat (Sept 13)
This is a dynamic practice filled with twists, turns, sweat and catharsis. Best if you know your basic asana movements. Not good for raw beginners.

July 15: Strong Core + Detox Thursdays

A sweaty flow practice: inclusive of hop switches, handstand hops, core work, decompressive, compressive poses and twists.

You will need a block or something in the form of block for core work and a standing sequence. We work into fiery core + cleansing breath practices + back and hips.
