This is a bit gruelling and sweaty! But in a good way. Expect: repetition in sets of bridges, bridge variations, hands n knees glute pulses. This warms the full body but is all about the glutes!

Handstand hopping, some longer holds, tons of core. Tuesday, kick in the pants sweat!

Archives! High Sweat Lymphatic Flush (60 min)
Today's practice focuses on the lymphatic system and major highways where lymph nodes live. Expect lots of sweat, repetition, moderate-high intensity pending on your fitness level.

Old School Flow: Hops, Core, Arm Balances (60 min)
A sweaty heart-pumping start: Hand stand hops, crow, boat poses, core work, ashtavakrasana (arm balance).

Arm Strength + Glutes + SweatyChallenging (60 min)
This is a challenging upper body workout + repetitive glute work. Expect a repetitive chatarunga, plank sequence, gluteals and a sweaty burn. We end with a long inversion of choice.
