This is a flow class integrating shoulder openers + strengthening.

Shoulder Rx Flow & Strength (56 min)
Grab a strap or towel. This is an excellent practice for those of you with shoulder tension and desire strengthening as well.

Neck & Thorax Rx (Slow moving/longer holds) 47 min
Grab a towel/strap if you have tight shoulders. We focus on release the neck, shoulders and ribs. This is more about releasing/less about sweating in today's practice.

This is an intermediate vinyasa/hatha practice with emphasis on your shoulders as focus / excellent for preventing shoulder injuries and tension.

This is a shoulder specific practice within the body of asana, breath and releasing stagnant energy.

Aug 20: Shoulder Restore Rx (30 min)
This is a quick practice that is minimal flow and specific to opening and releasing shoulder and upper body tension.

Sept 3: Shoulders & Spine Rx (60 min)
Today is a longer practice (in lieu of Monday's long practice). Today is moderate pacing in vinyasa/flow with basic movements in the shoulders to relax and release the shoulder girdle (grab a strap) and back bends. We pulse strength into the spine as well as deeper backbends.
