BREATHWORK ONLY CLASSES (30 min)
These practices are mostly intermediate range breath work practices designed from the practice of pranayama (in yoga prana = energy / ayama = to extend or stop the breath. They range from vigorous Kundalini practices to calmer Iyengar breath practices. Breath-work is an effective tool to expediting the end goal of most practices: a change in mood, a lift in spirits and a feeling of expansiveness. Please be mindful so to not push yourself or force anything that doesn't feel good. Beginners, pregnant students, injuries etc. please be cautious and search for the beginners classes and speak with your doctor first.

Metamorphosis: Supine Breathwork (32 min)
This is an advanced breath practice - using the physiological sigh from slower to faster. Lie down, cover your eyes, get warm - slow pacing to faster pace inhale, inhale, exhale.

Serotonin-Dopamine Breath: High Octane Hit (30 min)
Today's practice is an advanced breathwork practice that will deliver an experience of feeling elevated, high impact- and potentiate the exchange of O2 and CO2. We end with a pelvic orienting breath to get anchored as well. There are also longer breath holds 20-30-40-50-60 seconds incrementally.

Gentle Heart Breath (*Sound glitch only for 1st min)
This is a breath practice with three parts deep and steady to the heart. The philosophy of Self is also explained. There is a sound glitch again

Breath Kriya for Elevation (30 min)
This is Kundalini Kriya designed for elevating your spirit and energy body via increased oxygenation and spinal movement. This is an advanced breath kriya if you are new to breathing, please watch the beginner's tutorial.

Express Vinyasa (30 min)
Today is a quick, to the point yoga practice with all of the goods: suryas, arm balancing, warrior 2, reverse, half moon, chapasana, eagle series, hip openers and one long back bend. Enjoy!

Get High Advanced Awakening Breath (30 min)
This is four-cycles of advanced breath and holds. It is not appropriate for newcomers or beginners. We hold for 20,30,40.50 and 60 seconds in between sets of Wim-Hof/holotropic type breath.

Research/Breath: Belief & Reframing Stress (29 min)
I speak to a study that reframes stress based on belief. And then we drop into a somatic practice with vigorous kp breath, spinal movement and optional visualization.

April 23, homage to full moon energy and movement of the spine. The spine is flexed, extended and rotated with breath.

Metabolizing Change Breathwork (31 min)
Today's breathwork's focus is on change and how we can pump breath into the hips to help metabolize and process life. We do kaphalabhati with hip openers as well as one set of bellows breath.

Deep & Slow: Sudarshan Breath Kriya (PTSD, anxiety)
This is Sudarshan Kriya - a steadfast practice you'll see at least once a month in the studio. It is long, slow deep breathing in 8 counts, box breath 4-4-4-4 and finally bellows breath. Enjoy!

This is a breath and embodiment practice working with joy - where it is or where it is not.

Advanced Breathwork - Remove Cobwebs (30 min)
This is a blend of Wim Hof, "vase breathing" and breath of fire. It is intended for those who have a strong practice already.

In this class we add long breath holds and longer reps + sets in this classic Kundalini Kriya.

Eclipsed! (32 min breathwork)
Today we do a cooling, calm breath practice into a bit of a bigger breath practice. The alignment of moon and sun - I speak to this.

*New* Full Spinal Kriya Breathwork (33min)
This has a bit of different vibe from "elevation kriya" if you've ever done it with me. We do a "sitting bones grind", move into the ribs, do bellows with the nose - expect lots of spinal movement and breath - that optimizes your mood and mind state.

Power Source Breath: Eclipse Prep + Symbolism (28 min)
I speak to the energetics of us, as solar creatures. An eclipse is coming up - and it can beautifully symbolize when we get eclipsed by others/and forget our own power source.

Electromagnetic Heart Breath Set (30 min)
This is a breath kriya for the heart. It's kinda weird and works :) It is deeply relaxing near the end as well.

This is an advanced breath not suitable for beginners or faint of heart today - this is a set that will give you a bump of high octane breath work.

This is compressed version of the cleansing kriya for the lymphatic system. A brief explain what it does and then we do it!

Quiet Full Moon Breath (Upright/ Lying Down Options) 30min
Today is a slow moving, deep moon practice. It is not Kundalini, rather contemplative and quiet. Typically full moon's can be illuminating, energizing or exhausting - pending on your health and sensitivity. We use Chandra Bhedana (Moon Piercing breath) As well - viola breath or "ladder breathing."

Advanced Embodied Breath: Pelvis & Creativity (30 min)
This breath set is not ideal for beginners, the faint of heart, or if you're arriving wanting gentle breathing. This is a variation of nose breath in and out, 3 rounds with 60 second breath holds. There is some coaching/embodiment cueing as well to becoming your creative archetype/animal.
