*A heads up this is fully audible but I noticed it has a bit of a muffled sound. My apologies, I will fix for tomorrow hopefully. * This is a faster paced flow at times with longer holds, arm balancing core work, intense hip work, shoulder stand sequence. Little bursts of cardio bouts.

March 30: Power Flow (Intermediate)
A mainly standing sequence with a standing splits flow, a couple of arm balances, twists, dancer pose and backbend sequence including two wheels. Enjoy!

As requested, a straight up power-flow class with a bit of everything: faster moving sun salutations, some arm balancing, upper body strength, balancing one-legged, hips, core work, three wheels. The theme of the pranayama (vayus) is also spun into this.
